Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose and scope

This policy applies to all ClipAnatomy accounts, uploads, prompts, output, and integrations. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

Use ClipAnatomy to understand and create lawful, original video work. Do not use it to download, copy, impersonate, exploit, or harm others.

Rights to uploaded content

You must have a lawful basis and all necessary permissions for every upload.

• Own the content or hold permission from the rights holder.
• Have appropriate consent for identifiable faces, voices, private spaces, and personal information.
• Respect platform terms, confidentiality duties, and license restrictions.
• Remove content when authorization expires or a rights holder validly objects.

Prohibited content

Do not upload, request, or generate content involving the following.

• Child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, or sexual content involving a person without valid consent.
• Instructions or credible threats to harm people, property, or critical systems.
• Hate, harassment, stalking, blackmail, or targeted humiliation.
• Malware, credential theft, fraud, phishing, or deceptive financial schemes.
• Content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Information whose collection or use violates sanctions, export controls, or applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

Do not misuse the service or interfere with other customers.

• Circumvent plan limits, security, access controls, or deletion controls.
• Probe or access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Use automated requests that materially degrade service or exceed documented interfaces.
• Resell access or share accounts outside permitted workspace seats.
• Misrepresent AI output as verified fact or professional advice when that could cause harm.
• Use the service to operate an unauthorized video downloading or content-scraping product.

Identity and synthetic media

Do not use analysis or prompts to impersonate a real person, create deceptive endorsements, or mislead viewers about the source of media.

Where law or platform rules require it, disclose materially altered or synthetic media and obtain consent for use of a person’s voice, face, or likeness.

Copyright and rights reports

Rights holders may report allegedly infringing use to legal@clipanatomy.net with identification of the work, the affected project or material, contact information, and a good-faith statement.

We may request verification, remove or restrict material, preserve records required by law, and notify the affected customer. Knowingly false reports may create liability.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and limit uploads, remove content, suspend processing, or terminate accounts. We consider context, severity, repeated behavior, and risk of harm.

We may preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate fraud and security incidents.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse, safety concerns, or rights violations to legal@clipanatomy.net. Include enough detail for us to locate and assess the material, but do not email illegal content itself.

For urgent danger, contact local emergency services first. ClipAnatomy support is not an emergency response service.
