Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using ClipAnatomy, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may not use the service if law prohibits you from doing so.
You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
The service
ClipAnatomy accepts authorized video uploads and generates hook analysis, timestamped scene maps, script structure, and production prompts. It is an analysis tool, not a social-platform downloader or content licensing service.
Features, supported formats, processing times, and limits may change. We will provide reasonable notice before a material reduction to a paid plan when practical.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting credentials. Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Do not share an individual account outside its permitted workspace seats or attempt to avoid usage limits.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload and of your rights in project data. You give ClipAnatomy a limited license to host, copy, transform, and process that content only to provide, secure, and support the service.
You are responsible for the content and confirm that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to upload it, including permissions relating to copyright, privacy, publicity, voice, and likeness.
- Upload only content you own or are authorized to analyze.
- Obtain required consent from people shown or heard in the content.
- Do not submit confidential information unless you are authorized to use the service for that purpose.
- Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
AI output
AI analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to output provided to others. Review all output before relying on, publishing, or producing from it.
Output does not provide legal, advertising, intellectual-property, or professional advice. ClipAnatomy does not guarantee campaign performance, originality, non-infringement, platform approval, or commercial results.
As between you and ClipAnatomy, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use generated output. You remain responsible for checking rights and making final creative decisions.
Plans, billing, and taxes
Current plan prices and limits appear on the Pricing page. Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated and disclosed before payment.
Paid subscriptions are charged at purchase and automatically renew monthly at the then-current disclosed price until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
We may change a future renewal price with advance notice required by law. We may use a third-party payment provider, whose terms and privacy notice also apply to payment processing.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through account billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain unaffected.
ClipAnatomy property
The service, software, interface, trademarks, and documentation belong to ClipAnatomy or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term.
You may provide feedback. We may use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect the service, investigate risk, respond to legal requirements, prevent harm, or address a material breach. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Terms that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.
Service disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not promise that every video can be processed, that output will be error-free, or that stored data can never be lost. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipAnatomy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service, content, or output.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid ClipAnatomy in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify ClipAnatomy against third-party claims arising from your uploaded content, your use of output, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law identified in your order confirmation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If no jurisdiction is stated there, the law of the registered jurisdiction of the ClipAnatomy operating entity applies. Courts in that jurisdiction have venue, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections or your right to contact a regulator. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. The contracting entity and business details will appear on your checkout record and invoice.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. We will post the effective date and provide notice of material changes as required.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent, but we may assign them as part of a reorganization or business transfer.
